ADMISSION PROCESS
Steps done with heart, soul, mind & strength for your child
Contact
Prospective students and their families can initiate the enrollment process by contacting the school’s admissions office. This can be done via phone, email, or by scheduling an in-person visit. The admissions office provides essential information about the school’s academic programs, extracurricular activities, and enrollment procedures.
Application
Once interested, families complete the school’s application form, which typically includes personal details, academic records, and parent/guardian information. Supporting documents like transcripts, standardized test scores, and letters of recommendation may also be required.
Interview
Some schools conduct interviews with prospective students or their parents to assess their fit with the school’s culture and values. These interviews provide an opportunity for both the school and the family to ask questions and gain a better understanding of each other.
Admission
After reviewing applications and, if applicable, conducting interviews, the admissions committee makes decisions on student admission. Successful applicants receive formal notification of acceptance, along with instructions for enrollment procedures, including tuition and fee payments, and necessary documentation.
Registration
Upon acceptance, families complete the registration process, which involves submitting required forms, paying fees, and finalizing enrollment. This step officially secures the student’s place in the school.
